About the event

Staffordshire Trauma Informed and Atachment Aware (S.T.I.A.A.) Self- Evaluation Framework (S.E.F.) for Education Settings

TWO MEMBERS OF SLT FROM THE SAME SCHOOL MUST BOOK TOGETHER FOR THIS EVENT

NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME  LOCALITY: GROUP 3

This is session 1 of a total of 3 sessions. In this session the S.T.IA.A. S.E.F. is introduced as a tool for educational settings to use to explore whether  they could consider their educational community to be truama informed  and attachment aware.

The S.E.F. is available online for whole education setting to  complete and has an accompanying publication available as a PDF. The framework provides a clear structure for which whole school staff,  teaching teams and practitioners within the education workforce can  reflect on their own personal practice, knowledge and expertise, reflect  on the school’s systems and organisational structures, current  policies, and the support provided by the governing body and senior  leadership teams (SLT) to enable settings to meet the needs of  vulnerable populations and looked after children.
