Training and Development

Summit Psychology Services is commited to professional development and provides quality assured, accredited, positively evaluated, and sought after professional development and training. We work with individuals as part of a group, through to entire organisations for whole systems change.

Training and development draws from evidence based practice, using a range of teaching and learning styles. This may include lecture style, hands on experiential learning, peer discussion and knowledge sharing, references to lived experience, the use of multi-media and with many complimentary materials made available online post training.

We continue to enjoy working with teacher training schools, educational settings, mental health and safeguarding leads, SENDCo forums, social care, parents and carers, and commissioners. Offering a wide range of knowledge shares, Talk Abouts..., workshops, cafe days, peer networking events and CPD training in all areas of applied child and educational psychology, we value collaboration to meet your needs. Summit specialises in social, emotional, and wellbeing needs, particulalry as it relates to realising, recognising and responding to attachment injuries and trauma wounds.

We offer different training options from live virtual training, webinars and podcasts. For in person training and workshops we can attend your setting, or venue of your choice.
