ATTACHMENT AND TRAUMA TRAINING: KNOWLEDGE SHARING

Every year we train many professionals across a wide spectrum of educational communities and organisations in ACE's, relational care, attachment and trauma. Our training has been consistently evaluated over the years as outstanding, inspirational and insightful by academy trusts, teacher training schools, virtual schools, education professionals, foster carers, and social care professionals. To read what they have to say, please click here.

Additionally, Dr Dawn Bradley has spoken at many regional conferences for virtual schools, and continues to collaborate with Geese Theatre for larger regional events exploring children and young people's care experiences, and their relational care, attachment and trauma needs through interactive theatre performances.

Summit's training and workshops are therefore provided by highly skilled and knowledgeable psychologists and therapists, drawing from a wide range of paradigms, evidence bases, frameworks, and years of professional practice. We bring the theoretical and then explore how the tools and resources provided can be used to support our most vulnerable children and young people.

Our training styles vary from the interactive, to lecture style, small group discussions, the use of multimedia, hands on learning, the use of graphics, and reflective conversations. All training is resourced with handouts and additional resources which are usually hosted by Summit and made available on our web based platforms.

We have a beautiful and bespoke training space at 'The Sanctuary', in Newcastle-Under-Lyme and have venue partners across Staffordshire. We can also attend your setting. Any group size can be accommodated and bespoke requests are welcome.
